Senior IT Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Senior IT PM to support digital initiatives within Commercial Banking, specifically focused on the Online Business Banking (OBB) platform. This role sits within a high-performing Technology PMO and will partner closely with delivery teams to drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Project Scope

Support F26 planning and execution across OBB technology initiatives Manage delivery across multiple concurrent projects and workstreams aligned to OBB priorities Drive end-to-end project execution, from initiation through implementation Collaborate with 4-5 cross-functional technology teams contributing to a shared platform

8+ years of experience as a Technology Project Manager (not Scrum Master) Proven experience delivering projects in Agile / Waterfall hybrid environments Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams within a banking environment Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Demonstrated ability to anticipate risks and proactively manage escalations Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues before they arise Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior experience in banking or financial services Experience with Online Banking / Digital Banking platforms Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
