This role goes beyond development, requiring someone who can drive requirements, manage delivery cadence, and lead integration outcomes across Workday implementations., Act as a consultative lead for Workday integrations and/or reporting solutionsDrive requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder alignmentPlan and manage meeting cadences, milestones, and delivery timelinesCoordinate integration design and mapping across multiple interfacesTrack and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolutionSupport tenant build, testing preparation, and deployment readinessDocument decisions, ownership, and delivery progress across the lifecycle

Minimum of 8+ years overall experience with strong exposure to Workday integrations and/or reportingWorkday Certification (mandatory)Expertise in:Workday Integration technologies (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) orWorkday Reporting (Advanced, Composite, Matrix reports)Proven experience in a delivery lead, PM, or deputy PM-style roleStrong stakeholder management with ability to drive decisions and outcomesExperience working across end-to-end Workday delivery (design * testing * deployment)Highly organised, structured, and solution-oriented mindset Profile We’re Looking For: Not just a developer, a delivery-focused architect who can lead conversations and outcomesStrong ability to bridge functional and technical teamsComfortable operating in a part-time, high-impact role with US/UK overlap Hurry & apply!#UST
