They are hiring a hands on Senior ERP Project Manager to take ownership of multiple live implementations and run them end to end at pace. This is real delivery, not slow multi year programme work. If you are a bright, dynamic and tenacious project manager who likes getting stuck in, owning the client relationship and driving builds through to go live, this will suit you.What you will doOwn multiple concurrent ERP implementations from initiation through go live and handoverLead day to day delivery and manage budget, scope, risk and change controlDirect the functional and technical team, this is a pure project management role rather than a hands on configuration oneRun the client relationship, advising and constructively challenging where neededKeep projects properly resourced and reporting cleanly into Steering CommitteeWhat we needAt least 5 years as an ERP project managerFour to five end to end manufacturing ERP implementations you have personally owned from cradle to graveGenuine manufacturing delivery, ideally discrete, batch, food and beverage or FMCGA fast project cadence, typically 9 to 18 months, rather than multi year programmesComfortable running concurrent work, up to two larger builds or one large project alongside smaller advisory piecesPartner or consultancy side delivering to external customers is strongly preferred. Client side PMs will be considered where they have genuinely delivered across several different organisations, and contract or fixed term backgrounds are welcomePlatformsIFS strongly preferred, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Infor also ideal, and partner experience on any of these a real advantageSAP or Oracle considered where gained on fast paced manufacturing rather than long enterprise programmesMethodology can be trained, the delivery experience cannotNot the right fitProgramme or portfolio directors, PMO and governance leads, functional consultants and solution architects, finance led project leads, anyone wanting a blended functional and PM role rather than pure delivery, public sector backgrounds, and Sage or Business Central SMB platformsWhat is on offerSalary up to £95,000 depending on experienceBonus up to 10 percent, 5 percent personal and 5 percent companyPension up to 5 percent, 25 days holiday plus a buy and sell scheme, annual learning budget, EV salary sacrifice, fully remote with occasional UK travel
