SAP CRM Lead Consultant

• 10+ years of experience in SAP CRM / S/4 Customer Management / C4C.
• Experience in 1 2 end-to-end implementations or support projects.
• Strong knowledge of CRM-SD integration (Logistics & Finance).
• Good understanding of Lead-to-Order process (Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Order).
• Hands-on experience in Account & Opportunity Management.
• Hands-on experience in Quote & Order Management.
• Hands-on experience in Product Catalog & Configuration.
• Hands-on experience in Pricing & Approvals workflows.
• Experience in configuring Business Partner & Org Model.
• Experience in configuring Transaction Types (Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Order).
• Experience in configuring Pricing, Partner Determination, Status Profiles.
• Experience in CRM-SD integration: Quote/Order replication, Pricing, Billing integration.
• Experience in Master Data synchronization.
• Experience in testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and go-live support.
• Strong client-facing and requirement gathering skills.
