Job description

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain high-quality Power BI dashboards and reports to support business stakeholdersWork with large, complex datasets using SQL to extract, transform, and analyse dataLeverage Databricks to support data engineering, processing, and advanced analytics workflowsCollaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective data solutionsProvide business analysis support, including requirement capture, process understanding, and stakeholder engagementEnsure robust data models, governance, and performance optimisation across reporting solutions

Requirements

Key Skills & ExperienceProven experience in Power BI development (data modelling, DAX, visualisation best practices)Strong SQL skills with experience working across complex data environmentsHands-on experience with Databricks (data pipelines, transformation, analytics)Solid technical understanding of data architecture and modern data platformsDemonstrated business analysis capabilities, including working closely with stakeholders to define and deliver solutionsExperience within insurance or financial services is highly desirable Please apply!
