Lead Network Engineer

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and support for network issues in an onsite NOC setting.
• Configure, manage, and maintain Aruba and Cisco switches.
• Utilize Aruba Central for network visibility, configuration, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor network health and performance using SolarWinds and other tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement network improvements.
• Assist with network documentation, asset tracking, and cable management as needed.
• Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and other infrastructure projects.
• Mentor and coach team members as needed.

We are seeking a skilled Lead Network Engineer to join our team in an engineering project environment. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, network optimization, and infrastructure support across a multi-vendor environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in routing and switching, particularly with Aruba and Cisco switches, and experience with Aruba Central and SolarWinds for network monitoring and management., Experience: 7+ years of experience in network engineering, preferably in an enterprise environment.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols. Hands-on experience with Aruba and Cisco switching platforms. Proficiency with Aruba Central and SolarWinds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, Aruba Certified Switching Professional).
• Experience with network automation or scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible).
• Familiarity with wireless networking and security protocols.
