Job description

  • Serve as primary client-facing lead and delivery owner for Technology Cybersecurity engagement.

  • Responsible for managing client relationships and leading cross-functional cyber delivery teams.

  • Oversee successful implementation of security tools and capabilities related to Zero Trust pillars.

  • Ensure delivery quality, schedule, and outcomes while translating client objectives into actionable implementation plans.

  • Lead client communications, status briefings, and executive updates.

  • Manage client expectations, scope, risks, and escalation paths.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

  • Coordinate tool deployment, integration, configuration, and operationalization with technical teams.

Requirements

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD “PUBLIC TRUST”; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience managing IT or cybersecurity projects.

  • Demonstrated experience leading client-facing delivery teams.

  • Experience supporting or managing security tool implementations.

  • Strong understanding of Zero Trust concepts and enterprise security environments.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in complex delivery environments.

  • Certifications: Active CISSP preferred. Other certifications (CISA, CISM, Security+, or cloud-related) are a plus.

What Would Be Nice To Have** **:

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Prior experience supporting a Public Sector agency or working in a Federal Civilian environment.
