Change Management Consultant

As a potential Change Management and Training Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals at The Greentree Group in support of a client in Columbus, OH. This role will be critical in ensuring effective support of a State Government client, requiring regional travel and outreach for the state-wide implementation effort. • Provide change management guidance to stakeholders.

• Conducting change assessments and reporting on stakeholder readiness or gaps.

• Meeting with impacted users and stakeholders face-to-face or virtually to exchange information and understand their concerns.

• Assist in supporting training initiatives for stakeholders of varying experience levels in technological and retail subject areas.

• Provide guidance and input to training development resources.

• Communicate client directives and policies to stakeholders, and collect feedback from stakeholders to relay to the client.

• Ensure timely execution of all OCM-related deliverables.

• Would your friends describe you as a self-starter who takes pride in your work and enjoys collaborating with others?, + Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a minimum of three (3) years related experience.

• In-depth understanding of organizational change management and training methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and the ability to convey ideas and concepts to clients which may include executive levels of management.

• Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work accurately and autonomously, meeting deadlines independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in organizational change management and leveraging a structured change management approach and methodology within a client environment.

• Experience delivering formal and informal training to diverse audience groups.

• Experience with Sales Force or similar CRM technology.

• Knowledgeable in Grants Management or other funding administration or capabilities.

• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport and relationships with stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Previous background in Retail workspace a plus.

• Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.

Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.

Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 annually

Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree’s yearly performance.
