Job description
- Professionelle Annahme und Abwicklung von IT-Support-Anfragen via Ticketsystem und Telefon
- Schulung der Anwender in den IT Systemen für die optimale Nutzung im Unternehmen
- Zentrale Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten
- Bereitstellung von schnellen Erstlösungen im Remote Support für die Anwender
- Installation und Konfiguration von Software sowie Lizensierung
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene IT- Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im IT Bereich
- Erfahrung im Microsoft- (Windows & MS Office) und Apple -Umfeld (macOS & iOS)
- Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Kommunikation mit den Usern
- Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um erfolgreich mit verschiedenen internen und externen Partnern zusammenzuarbeiten
- Zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
