Job description

Rigid Tactical is seeking a highly skilled N6 / IT Manager to support Naval Special Warfare Group Two (NSWG-2) Logistics Support Unit Two (LOGSU-2) at JEB Little Creek - Fort Story.This individual will act as the primary customer service representative for command personnel across both the Non-classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPR) and Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) networks. The N6 / IT Manager ensures smooth daily communication flows, network account provisioning, and portal support for the command element., + Maintain updated Outlook distribution lists across both NIPR and SIPR networks.

  • Maintain updated and accurate security group lists on both network domains.

  • :Provide direct assistance in drafting, submitting, and tracking Consolidated Service Desk (CSD) requests for the command.

  • :Review and process network account requests for command personnel to ensure timely access.

  • Provide user assistance, structural recommendations, and maintenance for the command’s active SharePoint portals.

Requirements

  • Security Clearance: Possess an active SECRET Security Clearance.

  • Driver’s License: Possess a valid state driver’s license.

  • Systems Operations: Able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) utilizing common and standard business software programs.

  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Communication: Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.

  • Data Entry: Enter data into multiple databases accurately and efficiently.

  • Preferred prior experience working within Naval Special Warfare (NSW) or U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) network structures and functions

  • Minimum of three years’ experience working with Microsoft Office programs.

  • Preferred working knowledge of SharePoint 2013 or 2016 platforms.

  • Must complete and maintain all mandatory training and certification requirements necessary for network access.
