Job description

Installing and configuring applications, ensuring that data is synchronized correctly between databases, and troubleshooting application-related issues. Responsible for development of agile stories as indicated by the lead. Responsible to make sure the changes are deployed successfully to higher environments. Review the implementation, documentation and follow standards. Work with the development teams to determine operational requirements for test/production environments. Able to monitor systems capacity and performance through APM tools, plans and executes disaster recovery procedures, and provides Tier 2 technical support. Position requires the candidate to be highly flexible in hours of work because of its customer-facing, highly available infrastructure necessity. Required to provide regular status updates to the management. Interacting with Business, Marketing, IT, PMO, and various other stakeholders offshore and onshore. As most of the meetings happen in the US time, you will be responsible to plan the work so it is done seamlessly by teams across geography.

Requirements

5 to 7 years of experience in Cloud DevSecOps preferably AWS.

5 years experience with Proposition/Offer matrix, ADM, predictive models and Next Best Action Strategies using PEGA PRPC, CDH and NBX technologies.

5 to 7 years of experience in PL/SQL, SQL Scripts, DB backups and deployment preferably Oracle.

5 to 7 years of Unix and shell scripting experience, AMI Rehydration, security scans (DAST, 42 crunch scans).

5 to 7 years of experience building pipelines using Jira.

5 to 7 years with Web-based applications and tools such as ELK (log monitoring), Nurelic, Kibana, APM tools, and Jenkins.

5 to 7 year of experience with web application deployment, and operational support of (prod, staging, test and dev) environments for multiple applications using Web logic Application Server.

DESIRED SKILLS:

AMI Rehydration, Docker and containerization technologies, Prior Telecom experience

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent 5+ years of IT systems experience. AWS Certified
