Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing the successful onboarding, configuration, and deployment of products, software, or service solutions for clients. This role ensures a smooth implementation experience by collaborating with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and according to business requirements. The Implementation Specialist serves as a key liaison between customers and internal departments, providing training, technical guidance, and operational support throughout the implementation lifecycle in a fully remote environment. • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and implementation milestones
• Gather client requirements and configure systems or solutions accordingly
• Provide training and support to clients during onboarding and deployment
• Collaborate with sales, product, technical, and customer success teams
• Monitor implementation progress and resolve issues or escalations promptly
• Maintain accurate project documentation and implementation records
• Conduct system testing, validation, and quality assurance activities
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, or related field preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, project coordination, or operations
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software applications
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, or Jira
• Familiarity with implementation methodologies and customer onboarding processes
• Experience in SaaS, healthcare, fintech, HR technology, or enterprise software industries
• Basic technical troubleshooting or systems configuration experience
• Project management certifications such as PMP or CAPM are a plus, * Must currently reside in the United States
