Requirements

Techno Talent Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java and GoLang who will be part of a collaborative and agile team that supports and builds modern, usable, and responsive applications for mission-critical U.S. federal government health IT solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep backend development experience with a strong focus on EDI-related integrations, distributed systems, APIs, and enterprise backend services.

This role is best suited for candidates with strong backend engineering capabilities rather than frontend-focused development experience.

Basic Requirements:

Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.
U.S. Citizenshp or Green Cad is required for this role
Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States.
Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years., * 10+ years of software development experience
Strong hands-on backend development experience using:
Java
GoLang (Golang)
Strong understanding of:
REST APIs
Microservices Architecture
Distributed Systems
Backend Service Development
Experience with:
EDI integrations and transaction processing
Enterprise system integrations
High-volume data processing
Messaging/event-driven architectures
Strong experience with:
Spring Boot
Java-based backend frameworks
API development and integration
SQL/NoSQL databases
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
