Job description

  • Design, develop, and maintain Dynatrace dashboards and executive-level reports for application, infrastructure, and business KPIs

  • Configure and manage Dynatrace monitoring, including services, applications, hosts, and environments

  • Enable proactive monitoring and alerting to detect performance, availability, and capacity issues

  • Perform root cause analysis using Dynatrace AI and distributed tracing capabilities

  • Collaborate with application, infrastructure, cloud, and SRE teams to resolve performance issues

  • Customize alerts, anomaly detection, and problem notifications aligned with business SLAs

  • Support production monitoring, incident management, and post-incident analysis

  • Ensure dashboards and reports provide actionable insights for engineering and leadership teams

  • Contribute to observability best practices, documentation, and operational runbooks

Requirements

Do you have experience in System performance monitoring?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace (SaaS / Managed) platform

  • Proven experience in creating Dynatrace dashboards, custom charts, and management-level reports

  • Expertise in Application Performance Monitoring (APM) for web, mobile, and backend applications

  • Solid understanding of Dynatrace Smartscape, entities, services, processes, and dependencies

  • Experience with Dynatrace Data Explorer, Metrics, Logs, and Events

  • Strong knowledge of synthetic monitoring (HTTP monitors, browser monitors)

  • Experience in alerting, problem detection, and incident triage

  • Hands-on with Dynatrace OneAgents deployment and configuration

  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerized environments (Kubernetes preferred)

  • Understanding of infrastructure monitoring (hosts, VMs, CPU, memory, disk, network)

  • Exposure to BFSI systems and high-availability production environments is a strong plus, * Strong communication skills with the ability to present monitoring insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-availability environment

  • Strong collaboration skills across onshore and offshore teams

  • Good time management and prioritization skills, Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
