You’ll contribute to business development and client growth by identifying market opportunities, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and turning proposals into engagements. • Work hands-on within client project teams to deliver AI & Data solutions that address complex insurance challenges and generate measurable business outcomes
• Leverage your deep insurance domain knowledge to identify where agentic AI and data analytics can create competitive advantages and drive business transformation
• Contribute to the design of data-driven and AI-powered solutions that automate complex insurance processes
• Use your established insurance network and industry credibility to identify market opportunities and turn strategic conversations into high-impact client engagements
• Own senior stakeholder relationships on engagements, navigating competing priorities across business and technology leadership

Do you have experience in Tableau?, * 5+ years of professional experience in the insurance industry

• Proven track record designing and implementing AI & Data initiatives that delivered measurable business outcomes
• Strong understanding of insurance business processes (underwriting, pricing, claims management) and sector-specific challenges
• Hands-on experience with data analytics tools and platforms (Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, cloud platforms)
• Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities and translate technical solutions into business value
• Strong project management, coaching, and client relationship management skills; you are energised by sharing your knowledge with junior team members
• Comfortable managing senior stakeholders and engaging with business and technology leadership in client-facing settings
• Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch
