Security & Electrical Installation Technician / Site Operative (CSCS & IPAF Required)

We are looking for a reliable, practical and motivated Security & Electrical Installation Technician / Site Operative to join our expanding team., * Install and maintain CCTV, access control and security systems.

• Install structured cabling, data cabling, containment, equipment and associated site infrastructure.

• Carry out electrical installation support and containment works where required.

• Assist with Phase 1 electrical installation works under appropriate supervision.

• If you are a qualified electrician, the scope of electrical works can be discussed on a project-by-project basis.

• Carry out practical on-site duties, including occasional manual handling, lifting and movement of equipment and materials.

• Work alongside engineers, project managers and subcontractors to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

• Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements.

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have a valid Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP) Operator Certification - Categories 3A & 3B certification?, Do you have experience in Network installation?, This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in CCTV, access control, structured cabling, containment, electrical installation support and general site works. The role is suitable for someone who enjoys practical installation work, travelling to different project sites and working as part of a growing project delivery team., * Experience with CCTV installation.

• Experience with access control and network installation.

• Experience with structured cabling / data cabling.

• Experience with containment and general site installation works.

• Basic electrical installation experience or electrical installation support experience.

• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Valid CSCS Card or equivalent.

• Valid IPAF Licence.

• Experience working on commercial, warehouse or industrial projects.

• Practical, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel and occasionally stay away from home when required., * ECS Card.

• Electrical qualifications or relevant industry certifications.

• Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial projects.

• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, structured cabling, containment and security systems.

• Experience with warehouse, logistics, data centre or industrial fit-out projects.

• Own basic hand tools and PPE.

• Competitive salary of £30,000-£36,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
