Job description
You’ll play a key role in managing procurement systems, supplier enablement, and data insights, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and continuous improvement across the procurement function., * Administer and optimise procurement ERP/eProcurement systems (workflows, approvals, user access)
- Manage supplier onboarding, enablement, and catalogue/punchout integrations
- Maintain accurate catalogue data (pricing, descriptions, classifications, compliance)
- Produce dashboards, reports and spend analysis (Power BI, ERP tools)
- Analyse procurement data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and efficiencies
- Act as the main contact for vendor queries and resolve system or process issues
- Support P2P activities including PO management, invoicing queries, and receipting
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and support audit/compliance activities
- Deliver user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing system/process improvements
- Conduct credit checks and support supplier due diligence
Requirements
Do you have a valid Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS), Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply certification?, Do you have experience in Procurement?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Procurement degree (business degree is acceptable)
- Experience managing procurement ERP or eProcurement systems (e.g. SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Jaggaer, or similar).
- Strong understanding of punchout catalogues, supplier enablement, and eProcurement processes.
- Experience in procurement reporting, spend analytics, and data management.
- Knowledge of vendor management and supplier onboarding processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently., * Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Professional procurement certification preferred (e.g. CIPS or equivalent).
- Experience with ERP integrations, EDI, cXML, or punchout technologies.
- Familiarity with procurement compliance and governance frameworks.
- Experience working within large or multi-site organisations.
