Job description
- Developing and implementing pricing strategies for our short let accommodation businesses at Quarter (Clifton Short Lets and Host360)
- Producing forecasts, analysing booking trends and identifying areas for improvement in order to maximise revenue for the short lets businesses
- Lead structured outreach to target prospective corporate clients, using both cold and warm leads, for our short lets businesses
- Gathering and analysing data
- Maintaining, and suggesting improvements, all the accommodation revenue management systems (including those held on excel) to ensure they are functioning and delivering on our goals
- Managing and creating rates and packages across our systems, ensuring the rates are mapped correctly between Opera and Profitroom, or on Eviivo
- Participating in various meetings, from attending twice-monthly revenue management meetings with the COO & Financial Director to holding monthly meetings with the accommodation unit managers
- Working closely with unit managers, reservations and operational teams to drive results and covering reservations when needed, Shortlisted candidates will first be invited to a telephone interview with our HR team before a short Zoom call with the Head of Operations. Success at that stage would lead to a face-to-face final round interview with the Head of Operations or Head of HR and Revenue Manager.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Presentation skills?, We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with commercial thinking and excellent communication.
This is a high-impact, visible position at the heart of our commercial operations. You will be responsible for driving the performance of our short lets portfolio- Clifton Short Lets and Host360 while providing essential systems and rate distribution support, and analytical rigour, to the wider group.
You will shape our pricing strategies, forecast performance, and identify new avenues for growth, all while ensuring our revenue channels remain perfectly optimised. We are looking for a hybrid talent who thrives on collaboration; someone who is as comfortable managing high-value revenue strategy as they are diving into the detail of complex rate mappings. If you have a passion for data, a talent for spotting trends, and the high-level Excel and mathematical skills required to turn those insights into action, we want to hear from you. We are a fast-moving team that values a collaborative spirit, sharp attention to detail, and a sense of fun.
Must haves:
- A graduate degree with a maths or transferable statistics/analysis background
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and an aptitude for picking up software and systems
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently
Ideal to have:
- An interest in using AI to develop processes and systems and analyse data efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence presenting information and recommendations to a range of stakeholders
- A proactive approach and a desire to continually improve processes and performance
- Hotel or hospitality experience is great, but not essential - we’ll provide plenty of training for the right person with the right attitude.

Work pattern: This is a hybrid role once training is completed (estimated 2 months - you’ll be office based until that point) where up to 40% of your working time each week can be worked from home. This is a Monday - Friday position with very occasional weekend work to attend networking events (lieu time will be accrued).
