Junior Data Analyst

• Gather data from various internal and external sources.
• Clean, validate, and organize data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies.
• Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Support the creation of dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Assist in preparing visualizations and summaries for management and business teams.
• Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Support data extraction using SQL or other querying tools.
• Work with senior analysts and business stakeholders to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests for various departments (sales, marketing, finance, operations, etc.).
• Document data processes, definitions, and methodologies.
• Suggest improvements in data collection and analysis methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
• Present findings in a clear and structured format to non-technical audiences.
