SAP DRC on Cloud Lead (All Genders)

The SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) Cloud Functional Lead designs, configures, and supports SAP’s global e-invoicing and statutory reporting solutions. Working in cloud environments such as SAP DRC Cloud Edition, this role ensures business transactions comply with local tax regulations and legal requirements.

Responsibilities͏ Configure country-specific eDocument scenarios in the DRC Cockpit, including output channels, document types, legal numbering rules, and XML/JSON transmission workflows. Ensure smooth functional integration with core logistics and finance streams, including SAP FI, SAP SD/Order-to-Cash, and SAP MM. Work with technical teams to map endpoints between SAP DRC, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), public networks such as Peppol, and local government tax authorities. Monitor global e-invoicing and digital clearance mandates and apply relevant system updates proactively. Design test scenarios and lead SIT, UAT, mock runs, and post-go-live stabilization. Audit data consistency across pricing frameworks, tax determination routines, and financial ledger postings to maintain auditability. Your profile͏

Do you have experience in XML?, Requires 5 to 10+ years of SAP functional experience, including a proven multi-year track record implementing global e-invoicing and DRC solutions, along with:

Strong functional expertise in the SAP eDocument Framework, Application Interface Framework (AIF) monitoring, and DRC compliance dashboards. Hands-on experience with cloud architecture, especially S/4HANA Cloud Public or Private Editions and SAP BTP deployment. Functional understanding of data structures used by tax portals, including XML, JSON, and IDoc processing. Knowledge of global tax processes, including localized VAT structures, business partner tax classifications, and clearance-based e-billing frameworks.
