Job description

This recruitment is open and promotional, meaning that all are welcome to apply and employees in permanent positions are eligible to receive seniority credit and promotional placement once passing all exams.

There is currently one opening located in the Information Technology Department (8 hours per day, 5 days per week, 12 months per year)., Under direction of the Director of Information Technology, provide highest level of support for the assigned Student Information Systems (SIS), develop or maintain data interfaces, develop customer reports, extract and manipulate statistical data from SIS, create technical and end-user documentation, provide training on both software and related procedures., Examinations and interviews held to create the eligible list will be conducted virtually, using different online/internet platforms that require video recording or conferencing capabilities, as well as access to a computer with internet connection and basic Microsoft Office Suite Software. The virtual Qualifications Appraisal Interview (Oral Exam) is tentatively scheduled for the week of July 20th. Requirements

Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Any combination equivalent to: bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and three years of experience performing duties of increasing responsibilities in a computing environment.
