*This role has flexibility to work remotely but candidates must be local and need to be available to report to the office for onsite meetings *Interviews are teams, but candidates could be asked to report in person to meet the hiring manager.
*Candidates must have LMS experience working as an Administrator and can answer questions and assist others *While the profession is under IT, this role is aligned to Learning and Development/Training (HR). Please make sure you are submitting candidates that are LMS Administrators from an HR/L&D environment
*System administration of our learning management system (LMS). *This person will oversee security and security profiles, support administrators (we have a decentralized model where hospitals have the ability to create, assign, track and report on their own content) *Integrations and feeds *Support for the learning team’s programming *Leadership for an analyst and a senior analyst *Departmental and Building Operations *Invoicing, supplies, clerical support *Building operations (we just opened a new classroom and conference center) including scheduling, tech support, liaison for office supports (cleaning, day porters, etc.), This is a role that allows us to place a leader over the LMS and admin functions to transition to a big enterprise resource platform system implementation project. There’s a new learning support software being integrated into their current program that this project and hire will assist with overseeing. Once consolidation into the program happens there are users from another region that need to be consolidated into this new program.
Currently the facility uses Saba as their LMS and performance management tool. Saba is the landing spot for all of their learning team’s programming, and also supports key groups like nursing. This role involves maintaining Saba and integrating into Oracle. This person will also work closely with the current leader to prepare the data and content migrations.
Pay: $44.00 - $46.00 per hour

*LMS administration experience is required *Saba experience is preferred but any LMS experience is required *Degree required, * Bachelor’s (Preferred), * Saba: 2 years (Preferred)
