Systems Administrator

Are you an experienced LMS professional looking for an opportunity to lead system operations and support a major enterprise technology transformation? We are seeking a Learning Systems & Operations Manager to oversee our Learning Management System (currently Saba), support learning operations, and play a key role in an exciting Oracle integration initiative.

What You’ll Do

• Lead administration, security, and governance of the LMS.
• Manage user access, security profiles, integrations, and data feeds.
• Support decentralized administrators across multiple hospital locations.
• Partner on LMS enhancements, data preparation, and content migrations.
• Assist with the integration of new learning technologies and Oracle implementation efforts.
• Provide leadership and support to an Analyst and Senior Analyst.
• Support learning team programs, reporting, and operational needs.
• Oversee departmental administration, invoicing, supplies, and clerical functions.
• Coordinate scheduling, technology support, and vendor relationships for a new classroom and conference center.

• Required: Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience.
• Preferred: Saba LMS experience.
• Experience with system integrations, data management, or enterprise software projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer support skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required., * Two professional reference letters from a supervisor within the past two years.
• 7 Year background check
• Successful completion of a drug screening.
• Current TB test documentation.

Pay: $37-$40/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
