Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our enterprise applications team. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, writing high-quality code while mentoring junior developers and driving modern DevOps practices., * Custom Development: Design and build robust customization frameworks using Apex (classes, triggers, async processing) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Architecture & Automation: Design scalable data models and implement complex automation using Advanced Flows, while prioritizing a configuration-first approach where appropriate.
  • System Integration: Architect and maintain secure integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware.
  • DevOps & Release Management: Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git, Salesforce DX, Copado, or Gearset to ensure seamless multi-environment deployments.
  • Technical Leadership: Conduct rigorous code reviews, establish engineering best practices, enforce governance limits, and mentor junior team members.
  • Data & Security Governance: Manage enterprise data quality, design secure sharing/profile models, and oversee complex data migration activities.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly related technical field.
  • U.S. citizens only.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of active Salesforce development experience within an enterprise scale environment.
  • Core Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript, and Salesforce security infrastructure.
  • Integration Expertise: Proven track record of building and consuming web-based APIs (REST/SOAP) and handling governor limits natively.
  • Agile Methodology: Strong proficiency working in distributed Agile/Scrum structures using lifecycle management tools like Jira.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I and ll (PDI-ll) is required; System/Integration Architect paths are heavily preferred.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Multi-cloud expertise spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Data Cloud.
  • Experience leveraging modern AI-assisted engineering practices or tools (e.g., Einstein AI, Agentforce).
  • Prior experience managing middleware platforms like MuleSoft.
