SAP HCM Consultant - Junior/Mid-Level/Senior SAP HCM Consultant & Customer Management

We are seeking an SAP HCM Consultant to support clients with SAP HCM modules, offering opportunities for both junior and senior professionals and travel to client locations as needed., * Support and manage SAP HCM modules in PA (Personnel Administration), PE (Payroll for Germany - PY-DE), OM (Organizational Management), PKP, SAP ESS/MSS, and FITV, with a focus on PY-DE and PT.

• Optimize and further develop SAP HCM application landscapes for clients and provide guidance within the respective modules.
• After onboarding, independently take on and execute individual sub-projects or tasks.
• Provide client support remotely or from a home office; on-site support when needed (up to ~20% travel).

Do you have experience in SAP SuccessFactors?, SAP HCM Consultant opportunity with junior or senior levels, focusing on PA, PY-DE, and PT, in a hybrid role across multiple German locations with up to 20% travel.

Language Requirements: German C1, * 0-2 years of experience in SAP HCM modules for junior roles, or at least 4 years for senior roles.

• Strong practical experience in SAP HCM, especially PA (Personnel Administration), PY-DE (Payroll Germany), and PT (Time Management), including follow-up activities, schemas, and cycles.
• Consulting competence in additional modules such as OM, PE, PKP, ESS/MSS, and FITV.
• Interest in or experience with cloud topics such as SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll.
• Ideally knowledge of ABAP development methods.
• Very good German language skills; English skills desirable.
• Willingness to travel nationwide up to about 20% to support client projects., * Do you have a strong practical experience in SAP HCM, especially PA (Personnel Administration), PY-DE (Payroll Germany), and PT (Time Management), including follow-up activities, schemas, and cycles?
