INFORMATION SECURITY CONSULTANT

I am hiring an Information Security Consultant on behalf of an international IT and digitalisation consultancy delivering large-scale transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, and managed service solutions for enterprise and public-sector clients. The privately owned organisation supports complex IT environments through consulting, implementation, and operational services across areas including cyber resilience, secure infrastructure, service management, and digital government. . In this role you will be responsible for:

• Advise enterprise and public-sector clients on the design, implementation, and optimisation of ISMS and BCM frameworks based on ISO 27001 and BSI IT-Grundschutz

• Conduct risk assessments, Business Impact Analyses (BIA), and internal audits, providing actionable recommendations to improve security and resilience

• Support the development of security concepts, emergency management strategies, and secure operational processes

• Deliver awareness initiatives and workshops to strengthen organisational understanding of information security and business continuity topics

• Contribute to the continuous development of the company’s cybersecurity consulting portfolio, incorporating new market trends and technologies such as AI

Do you have experience in Risk management?, * Several years of experience in IT security, information security, or BCM consulting

• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, security auditing, and risk management methodologies

• Understanding of IT infrastructures, networks, server/client environments, and security processes

• Relevant certifications such as ISO 27001 Implementer/Auditor or BSI IT-Grundschutz Practitioner are advantageous

• C1 German and fluent English
