Job description

The role: A one-time, project-based contract to build Phase 1 of our internal web app (“Global Brands World”) and hand it fully over to us - all code, hosting, and accounts owned by us. No ongoing role; future paid phases possible. We provide a complete, detailed specification so you can quote precisely.

What you’ll build (Phase 1):

  • Product Pipeline: track each product through a 6-stage development workflow plus 3 licensor approval gates, with statuses, specs, and a file/version history.

  • Orders & Production: an 8-stage order/production pipeline with inspection results and a bookings/logistics section.

  • Factory Portal: each factory logs in and sees ONLY their own products, specs, and files; can update status and ask questions per product; never sees pricing, customers, or other factories (enforced server-side).

  • Plus: reflect task/approval status from Wrike (read-only), link files from Dropbox, and a basic natural-language product search.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Wrike?, Proven full-stack development of custom web apps with logins, role-based access, and APIs (not template/WordPress-only sites). Portfolio required.

  • Clean Git and handover practices; transfer all code and accounts to us.

  • A daily overlap window with US Eastern time.

  • Comfortable integrating third-party APIs (Wrike, Dropbox).

Engagement: fixed-price, milestone-based (5 milestones). We’ll begin with a small paid test task before awarding the full project.

About the company

About us: Global Brands US works with licensed automotive accessories for global brands including Oracle Red Bull Racing, Barbie, and Hot Wheels, with a Miami team and manufacturing partners in China.
