GIS Applications Analyst I (Utility Systems Support)

• Support and maintain enterprise GIS, Work Management, and Mobile Field applications.
• Install, configure, test, and deploy software in Windows, Linux, and Citrix environments.
• Troubleshoot application, system, and integration issues.
• Develop, test, and implement application enhancements and configurations.
• Provide technical support and training to end users.
• Work with infrastructure and database teams on server maintenance, system updates, backups, and performance improvements.
• Support integrations with enterprise applications, including ERP systems.
• Document technical procedures, configurations, and support processes.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support a 24/7 production environment.

• 1-2+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, GIS systems, or IT infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite., Experience with one or more of the following:
