Consultant - Tech & Implementation L1

We are seeking a Consultant - Tech & Implementation L1 with strong experience in OSS/BSS implementations, end-to-end testing, program coordination, and customer delivery management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing cross-functional technical programs involving Netcracker OSS, Axiros, and Alepo platforms while driving successful project execution, stakeholder communication, and delivery excellence., * Plan, coordinate, and lead End-to-End (E2E) testing activities for Netcracker OSS, Axiros, and Alepo platforms.

• Manage cross-functional projects involving engineering, operations, QA, and business teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate resource allocation and utilization across multiple program workstreams.
• Own customer communications and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring high-quality delivery and proactive updates.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers while implementing mitigation strategies.
• Track open issues across multiple teams and ensure timely resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and executive-level reporting.
• Prepare project documentation, dashboards, executive summaries, and program status reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Improve delivery processes by identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and delivery best practices.

• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
