Job description

Functions under the direction of the Application Manager, the Epic Application Analyst- Willow Inpatient provides intermediate system-level support of multi-user clinical and financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools, including installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and support of these systems. Requires intermediate knowledge of systems analysis. Comprehensive knowledge of project management concepts and methodology. Able to lead and participate in project planning sessions. Ability to establish project goals, milestones, and procedures. Able to manage projects with varying levels of complexity. The Epic Application Analyst- Willow Inpatient works with project leaders on several aspects of project planning to meet project deadlines., At Xtensys, we don’t just fill roles; we empower owners. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technology, healthcare, or a related industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Previous pharmacy experience is preferred., * A team player who actively contributes to shared goals, embraces constructive feedback, and supports the success of others.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while working independently with minimal guidance.
  • Detailoriented with the confidence to provide guidance and support to peers when appropriate.

Problem Solving & Technical Expertise

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of application support processes and best practices.
  • Ability to serve as the primary resource for at least one application module, demonstrating ownership and subject matter expertise., * Bachelors Information Technology or Bachelors Other, preferred
  • Epic Application Analyst Willow Inpatient certification is required., * Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally in carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling objects. Sitting most of the time, with walking and standing required only occasionally.
