Epic Application Analyst- Willow Inpatient

Functions under the direction of the Application Manager, the Epic Application Analyst- Willow Inpatient provides intermediate system-level support of multi-user clinical and financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools, including installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and support of these systems. Requires intermediate knowledge of systems analysis. Comprehensive knowledge of project management concepts and methodology. Able to lead and participate in project planning sessions. Ability to establish project goals, milestones, and procedures. Able to manage projects with varying levels of complexity. • 3+ years of experience in technology, healthcare, or a related industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences.

Problem Solving & Technical Expertise

• Ability to serve as the primary resource for at least one application module, demonstrating ownership and subject matter expertise., * Bachelors Information Technology or Bachelors Other, preferred
• Epic Application Analyst Willow Inpatient certification is required., * Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally in carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling objects. Sitting most of the time, with walking and standing required only occasionally.
