Job description

We are seeking a Business Analyst with Strong Power Apps and Power BI Development skills to support the design, development, and optimization of business solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate. This role will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline business processes, develop data-driven insights, and deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills with hands-on Power Platform development experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment., * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps solutions to automate and optimize business processes.
  • Create, publish, and manage Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to various business units.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for Power Apps and Power BI solutions.
  • Work closely with IT and other departments to integrate Power Apps and Power BI with existing systems and databases.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing Power Apps and Power BI solutions to enhance functionality and performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Power Apps, Power BI, and data analytics.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Power Automate?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant experience.

  • Sole U.S. Citizen.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Power Apps and Power BI development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strongly Preferred Qualification:

  • Certification in Power Apps or Power BI
  • Experience with SQL, DAX, and data modeling.
  • Prior experience working within the federal government contracting (GovCon) industry, supporting federal agency customers through prime contractor or subcontractor organizations.
