Systems Network Administrator

We are seeking a dynamic Systems Network Administrator to join our IT team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our complex network infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure our systems operate securely, efficiently, and with high availability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the backbone of our healthcare distribution operations., * Manage and support LAN (Local Area Network) and WAN (Wide Area Network) infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Configure and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls (such as Cisco ASA), VPNs, and load balancers.
• Implement network security measures using tools like Cisco ISE, IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems), PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), LDAP, and network encryption protocols such as IPsec and SSL.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, system hardening, and regular network monitoring using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, and Splunk.
• Support virtualization environments including VMware vSphere, ESXi hosts, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure for scalable IT infrastructure solutions.
• Automate network management tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, and configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Collaborate with teams on network installation projects, system upgrades, disaster recovery planning, and high availability configurations to ensure continuous operations., * Presenting training classes.
• Evaluation of company hardware and software.
• Provide good customer service to phone calls or emails.
• Support a robust Microsoft based network running Windows Server
• Monitor daily activity.
• Assist with purchase orders for hardware and software procurement & other administrative duties. Install and maintain network hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot network usage and computer peripherals.
• Install new users.
• Install new applications.
• Perform system backups and data recovery.
• Resolve network communication problems independently.
• Assist with PC installation, maintenance, E-mail administration, disk capacity monitoring and network security.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Do you have experience in Windows?, We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill our Network position. This person will be required to provide a high degree of customer service, have the ability to work independently, they must have a vast knowledge of computers, electronics, and databases. Candidates should have prior customer service experience and be able to work independently in a fast pace, multi site environment. Some of the tasks may include:

• Troubleshoot computer hardware, software or network.
• Install new software on users computers.
• Clean, modify and repair computer hardware including monitors, keyboard and printers.
