Job description

Specialist SAP ePPDS consultant to lead pharmaceutical production scheduling and supply planning. Expert in campaign-based scheduling, multi-tank sequencing, shelf life / batch expiry planning, and GMP-compliant order management - integrating ePPDS with Kinaxis RapidResponse and the SAP S/4HANA manufacturing suite., * Drive Customer discussion for business requirement.

Design Solution in Waterfall/Agile methodology.
Design, which most likely around Set up Optimization and Campaign planning, consideration of Shelf-life and multi resource constraints in ePPDS.
Coordination with other teams from Kinaxis and integration team to provide end to end solution.
Assist business users in running design workshops, testing cycles and data validations.
Assist project management team on RAID log update.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SAP Quality Management (QM)?, * 12+ yrs SAP PP/PP-DS/ePPDS preferably in pharma, biotech, or medical device manufacturing.

Proven campaign scheduling, sequence-dependent changeovers, and process manufacturing constraint design.
Deep batch management, shelf life and QM inspection-lot integration knowledge.
Understanding of GMP/GP and their SAP
configuration/validation impact.
Desirable: Kinaxis RapidResponse integration, SAP IBP, serialization, LIMS integration, CSV / GAMP 5.
