Lead Engineer- Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp

• We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer with expertise in Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp, Netscalers, Active Directory, Group Policies, and Azure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level Citrix environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security., * Lead the design, deployment, and support of Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp environments.
• Manage and optimize Netscaler appliances for load balancing and secure access.
• Administer Active Directory (AD), including Group Policies, user management, and permissions.
• Work on Azure cloud services integration and management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Citrix and Microsoft environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
