Project/Program Manager I - (Non IT)

We are seeking a Project/Program Manager I to support engineering and business initiatives for OTIS. This role is ideal for an early-career project manager with an engineering background who can coordinate multiple projects, communicate with stakeholders, track schedules, manage risks, and help ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple engineering projects simultaneously.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Work with cross-functional engineering and business teams.
• Track project risks and recommend mitigation plans.
• Prepare reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Utilize project management tools including MS Project, JIRA, or Asana.
• Support strategic business initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, * Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred)

• 0-2 years of Project or Program Management experience
• Engineering Project Management experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with MS Project, JIRA, or Asana
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• PMP or PMI Certification
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Change Management exposure
