IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive IT Support Specialist with a minimum of two years’ experience, troubleshooting/maintaining/implementing servers, workstations, and network architecture, to join our technology team as soon as possible!

If you thrive in an ever-changing environment and enjoy troubleshooting complex technical challenges, this opportunity is perfect for you!, * Efficiently troubleshoot issues and aid clients with incoming requests, examples being: workstations, servers, printers, email, and backup; networking infrastructure (routers, WAPs, switches, etc.); cybersecurity issues.

• Learn/manage/excel with client Microsoft 365 environments and apply best security practices
• Manage tickets, configurations, and client records using ConnectWise PSA and ASIO
• Occasional travel to client sites within a 20-30-mile radius (expenses paid).

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, * Windows servers (installation/maintenance experience a plus), including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP

• Routers/WAPs/Switches (WatchGuard, Netgear, Aruba)
• Microsoft 365 Partner Administration and Use
• Cybersecurity understanding and knowledge
• Ability to manage tickets using ConnectWise PSA and ASIO
• Fluency in performing hardware, software, networking, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Desktop support and implementation for Windows 10 and up, Mac OSX
• Working knowledge of VPN, VLAN, firewalls, security, and network.
• Highly self-motivated, ability to prioritize, and attention to detail are REQUIRED
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills (both verbal and written) are REQUIRED
• A valid New Jersey driver’s license and a reliable car are required., * WORK (not school): 3 years (Required)
