Telehealth Analyst - IT Telemedicine

• The TeleHealth Analyst will be responsible for implementing telehealth/telemedicine technologies across the McLeod Health organization.
• Required to coordinate and facilitate telehealth and conferencing sessions.
• Serves as a coordinator between clients and IT personnel for use of equipment, problem resolution and project evaluation.
• Participates in on-call rotation schedule, to include daily, after hours and weekends, to provide round the clock client support.
• Other duties as assigned.

Do you have experience in Telehealth therapy?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Five years of related work experience in information systems support.

• Experience in client server-based technologies and personal computer technologies
• Must be a team player with initiative, organizational skills and analytical abilities.
• A minimum of five years of supporting information systems.
• Minimum of three years PC-oriented experience including hardware and basic networking.
• Job requires the ability to design, support, and monitor telehealth hardware and software systems.
