Job description
We are looking for a dependable Level 2 technician who enjoys troubleshooting real-world infrastructure issues and working directly with business clients.
This is not an entry-level helpdesk position.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair Windows desktops and laptops
- Support Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments
- Assist with Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
- Deploy and support systems using NinjaOne RMM
- Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment
- Work with switches, wireless systems, and firewalls
- Install and terminate occasional Cat6 network cabling
- Provide both remote and on-site support for business clients
- Document work clearly in the ticketing system
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Windows Server administration?, * 2+ years of IT support experience
- Strong Windows troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of DHCP, DNS, networking basics, and business environments
- Experience working with servers
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Experience
- MSP experience
- NinjaOne experience
- Aruba Instant On experience
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Structured cabling experience
- Firewall or switch configuration experience
