QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong domain expertise in MarTech, Offer Management, and Campaign platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep background in test planning, execution, and automation, along with hands-on experience in modern testing tools and data validation techniques., 1. Test Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end QA lifecycle, including:
• Requirement analysis
• Test strategy and test plan creation
• Test case design and execution
• Defect tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Ensure coverage across functional, integration, regression, and system testing., * Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright.
• Implement robust UI and API automation suites to support CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve automation coverage, stability, and execution time., + SQL queries for data validation
• Data pipelines and ETL validation
• Data consistency between systems (UI API Database)
• Validate:
• Campaign audience data
• Offer eligibility logic
• Event tracking and reporting metrics

AI & Modern SDLC Exposure

• Familiarity with AI-driven SDLC tools, such as:
• AI-assisted test case generation
• Intelligent defect detection tools
• Self-healing automation frameworks
• Exposure to modern development practices:
• Agile / Scrum
• Continuous Integration & Continuous Testing

Do you have experience in Segmentation analysis?, + Customer offers / promotions lifecycle

• Eligibility rules, segmentation, targeting
• Personalization engines
• Hands-on experience with campaign management workflows, such as:
• Campaign creation
• Audience segmentation
• Offer delivery and tracking, * Experience working with:
• Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Naehas (or similar offer/configuration management platforms)
• Familiarity with:
• Customer journey orchestration
• Real-time decisioning systems

Technical Skills

API Testing

• Strong experience in testing RESTful APIs:
• Request/response validation
• Authentication (OAuth, tokens)
• Mocking/stubbing services
• Tools: Postman, REST Assured, or similar frameworks.
• Ability to validate API integrations within campaign and offer workflows., * Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work in complex, data-heavy enterprise systems.
• Experience in cross-system integrations (CRM, CDP, marketing tools).
• Good communication skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of event streaming systems (Kafka, etc.)
• Performance testing exposure (JMeter, LoadRunner), A strong QA professional who:
• Understands both technology and marketing workflows
• Can validate complex offer/personalization systems
