Job description

  • Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of server and network hardware
  • Diagnose hardware and infrastructure issues through workflow-based and root cause analysis
  • Support the maintenance and operation of cloud computing server technologies
  • Utilize command line diagnostics and technical tools to identify and resolve issues quickly and accurately
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal infrastructure and operations teams on a daily basis
  • Maintain adherence to data center operational, security, and safety standards
  • Contribute to a collaborative, team-first culture focused on innovation, agility, and operational excellence
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and schedules based on business needs

Requirements

Do you have experience in IP networking?, We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Data Center Operations Technician (DCO Tech) to support hardware infrastructure within a fast-paced, high-security data center environment. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in hands-on technical environments and enjoy troubleshooting cutting-edge cloud computing and networking technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong hardware troubleshooting capabilities, foundational networking knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining high operational standards., * Minimum of 1 year of experience within a data center, IT support, or hardware-focused technical environment

  • Strong hardware troubleshooting experience
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Experience with workflow-based troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in ambiguous situations
  • Must have safety boots (Composite toe)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Server-level Linux knowledge
  • Understanding of networking protocols and OSI model concepts
  • Detailed server hardware knowledge
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or related certifications
  • Experience building PCs, repairing hardware, or supporting enterprise infrastructure environments
