Systems Support Tech 1

This position serves as the Operations Analyst at a state prison. This position provides management information system user support on a continuing basis primarily in person, but also via telephone, email or from remote locations. Troubleshoots end-user problems. Trains end users on software applications. Installs and maintains personal computer hardware and software. Prepares data reports for facility and central office management. May supervise the facility Operations Analysis Technician, assigning work and monitoring performance.

Do you have experience in Data summary reports?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, High school diploma/GED and one (1) year of experience, which included report writing and data collection, tabulation, computation and analysis. Preferred Qualification: Completion of a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, industrial management, decision sciences, research methods, information sciences, computer sciences, systems engineering or a related field.
