Job description

Includes answering phones and directing calls in a busy, fast paced environment. Assisting customers, and input appointments in computer software. Involves phone presentation of transportation options available to customer. Work closely with dispatcher, and mobile services coordinator to ensure no opportunities to assist customers are missed. Competency with computer based workstation is a must. Reliability and punctuality are paramount. Great company, over 100 years serving Houma area. Great workplace environment and company benefits. Past work references will be verified. Mon-Fri with possibility of some commission after training and overtime sometimes available. Experience as a receptionist is preferred.
