What will you be doing at Atrium?
In this role, you will join the best and brightest in the industry to skillfully push the boundaries of what’s possible by uncovering predictive insights. You will work with customers to make smarter decisions through innovative problem-solving using AI, Analytics, and systems of intelligence. You will partner to advise, implement, and optimize solutions through industry expertise, leading cloud platforms, and data science.
The Salesforce Technical Architect will be responsible for taking ownership of technical solutions for client projects. Develop requirements and provide scalable data-driven designs for the implementation of additional CRM system functionality and customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals. They will provide direction, instructions, and guidance to the team for the purpose of achieving the goals.
In this role, you will:
- Technical Leadership & Architecture: Serve as the hands-on Salesforce expert to architect, develop, and deploy secure, high-performance business solutions on the Lightning platform (Apex, Triggers, LWC) in compliance with regulated environments
- OmniStudio Implementation: Leverage hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (Vlocity)-including DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, OmniScripts, and FlexCards-using IDX build tools for deployments
- Integration Patterns: Define technical architecture and integration strategies between Salesforce and external enterprise systems
- Business Translation & Influence: Translate complex, conceptual business needs into scalable technology requirements, influencing stakeholders to adopt best-practice platform functionality and maximize ROI
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with clients, project managers, and development teams to design cohesive project strategies across all development, testing, and deployment phases
- Platform Evolution: Evaluate upcoming Salesforce releases and provide strategic assessments on adopting new functionality
Requirements
Do you have experience in Leadership?, * Experience Baseline: 6-8 years of Salesforce development experience paired with 10+ years of overall IT experience; a background in Financial Services and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is highly preferred
- Developer Toolkit Mastery: Proficient with Apex (Classes, Controllers, Triggers), LWC, Visualforce, Web Services, and standard migration tools
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Capabilities: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of translating customer needs into clear operational requirements
- Communication & Executive Presence: Confident, professional communicator who can present effectively to business teams and stakeholders under adverse conditions
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client sites up to 25% of the time
