Director of Identity & Access Management (IAM)

You’ll work with cutting-edge IAM platforms, API security frameworks, cloud technologies, and DevSecOps practices to build scalable identity solutions that enable business growth.

• 10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) with progressive leadership experience
• Strong background in application development and secure API design
• Experience implementing OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and JWT authentication
• Expertise with enterprise IAM platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), ForgeRock, or SailPoint
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience leading engineering or IAM development teams
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture
• Programming experience with Java, C#, Python, or Node.js
• CISSP, CISM, or cloud security certifications
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government
