Job description

All American Print Supply Co. sells printing equipment, parts, and consumables, from sublimation and DTF printers to the inks, films, and parts that keep our customers in business. We’re looking for an Ecommerce Web Designer who can design pages that convert. This role covers our product pages, landing pages, and the key pages across our website that turn visitors into buyers and leads. You should have a strong understanding of what makes a high-converting product page work, along with solid UX and UI judgment: how a page should flow, what information a buyer needs and when, and what builds the trust that leads to a purchase or a request for a demo. This is a design and conversion role. You’ll decide how a page should look and what it should say, write the copy, and build it yourself in our tools (Shopify and GemPages). The focus is design, UX, and conversion, not engineering. A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Liquid is a plus, since it lets you customize pages beyond what the page builder allows, but it is not required, and this is not a developer role. You’ll report to the Marketing Manager and work alongside the person who handles our product listings. The look, feel, and performance of our pages will be yours to own.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and build high-converting product pages, landing pages, and other key pages in Shopify and GemPages, from concept to live
  • Write the copy that goes on them, including headlines, benefit-driven messaging, and calls to action
  • Improve the overall UX and UI of the site so it’s cleaner, clearer, more modern, and easier to buy from
  • Apply real conversion thinking to every page, and explain the reasoning behind your design and copy decisions
  • Identify weak or underperforming pages and rebuild them to perform better
  • Test and iterate on design, layout, and copy to improve conversion over time
  • Ensure every page looks great and works well on mobile
  • Build email campaigns in HubSpot that tie back to your pages, and set up the lead capture that connects them to our CRM (a supporting part of the role)
  • Coordinate with the person who handles our product listings so your pages fit cleanly into the store’s structure, and keep product messaging consistent across the site

Requirements

Do you have experience in Website management?, * 2 to 5 years designing web pages, product pages, or landing pages with a clear focus on conversion and UX/UI

  • A portfolio that shows pages you designed and built, including at least one product or landing page where you can speak to the conversion and UX decisions behind it. This is required
  • A strong eye for design: layout, hierarchy, typography, and clean, modern, trustworthy pages
  • A solid understanding of UX/UI and conversion: how a page should flow and what leads a visitor to take action
  • Strong copywriting, especially headlines, benefit-led product copy, and CTAs
  • Hands-on experience building pages in a no-code builder like GemPages, Shopify, Shogun, PageFly, or Replo
  • Comfort working independently and shipping polished pages without close supervision, * A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Liquid to customize pages beyond what the builder does on its own
  • Experience with A/B testing or other conversion optimization
  • Experience building email campaigns (HubSpot a plus)
  • Familiarity with B2B, technical, or equipment products, or higher-priced considered purchases
  • Comfort with Figma for mockups

This Is Not

  • A developer or engineering role
  • A pure graphic design, logo, or brand-identity role
  • A product-listing or catalog data-entry role

Benefits & conditions

Pulled from the full job description

  • Paid time off, * You’ll own the pages that directly drive our online sales and leads
  • We’re growing in a specialized, in-demand industry
  • You’ll work with a marketing team that values good design and gives you room to build

Pay: $21.63 - $31.25 per hour

Benefits:

  • Paid time off
