Senior Workday Developer

Digital Charter is seeking a Senior Workday Developer to join the Technology Services ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team in support of a new travel system implementation project. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Workday solutions across reporting, integrations, and analytics. The Senior Workday Developer will develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards, build and support Workday Orchestrate integrations, and create data models, analytics, and visualizations using Workday Prism Analytics. This role collaborates closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical resources to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business decision-making., Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields

Build and support Workday Orchestrate integrations for a new travel system, workflows, and automation solutions

Develop and maintain Workday Prism Analytics data pipelines, datasets, and visualizations

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reports, integrations, and analytics solutions

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Support Workday releases, enhancements, testing, and production deployments

Analyze user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements

Ensure adherence to development standards, security requirements, and best practices

Identify resources required for each task and manage task interrelationships

Provide daily supervision and direction to support staff as needed

Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - or equivalent experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in full SDLC across relevant applications and technologies

US Citizenship or Green Card required

Required Capabilities

Proven experience developing Workday reports, Orchestrate integrations, and Prism Analytics solutions

Strong understanding of Workday Finance business processes, security, and data architecture

Experience with Workday integration technologies and reporting frameworks

Ability to analyze user needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Excellent work ethic and organizational skills
