Job description

Strategic technology leader (8+ years’ experience) responsible for planning, designing, and executing the secure transfer of data from legacy systems to Databricks System, Architecture Design: Create high-level blueprints and pipelines (e.g., Medallion Architecture) using enterprise tools like SQL Server SSIS, AWS DMS, or SAP Data Services. Risk Mitigation: Identify and neutralize vulnerabilities regarding data loss, corruption, and security compliance. Mapping & Modeling: Define canonical data models, mapping standards, and data lineage frameworks. Quality Assurance: Design data validation, reconciliation, and audit control mechanisms to guarantee financial and operational accuracy. Leadership: Lead data engineering teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and manage post-migration support.

Requirements

Technical Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with ETL tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure), and programming languages like Python or PySpark. Database Management: Deep understanding of relational (RDBMS) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases, and data warehousing concepts. Domain Knowledge: Specialized expertise in migrating major enterprise platforms such as SAP (e.g., SAP MDG, Syniti), Oracle Health, or Salesforce. Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, project risk management, and the ability to convert complex business rules into technical specifications
