Job description

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud Voice implementation projects.
  • Manage project planning, execution, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, QA, and admins.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies, release management, UAT, and Salesforce governance.
  • Ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Salesforce Technical Project Management (end-to-end implementation)
  • Agile/Scrum, Stakeholder Management, DevOps/CI-CD
