Job description

The Systems & Applications Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supporting the agency’s technology infrastructure while assisting with the maintenance and improvement of operational systems and applications.

Approximately 35% of the role focuses on responsive end-user and hardware support, while 65% supports systems, applications, reporting, and process improvement initiatives across the agency.

This position reports to the Director of Operations and works closely with leadership to support operational systems, data visibility, and workflow efficiency using Microsoft tools, the Electronic Health Record (EHR), and other agency technologies. This role contributes to improving service delivery and enhancing the experience for both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

End-User Software and Hardware Support

· Serve as the on-site point person for immediate technology support, including software and hardware issues

· Configure and maintain agency devices and peripherals

· Set up technology and access for new staff

· Maintain technology inventory and system updates

Electronic Health Records (EHR) Support - Exym

· Support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the agency’s Electronic Health Record system

· Build and manage EHR forms, templates, workflows, and reports

· Support reporting, data exports, and integration with Power BI

Reporting & Analytics Support

· Support a small number of high-impact reporting initiatives using Microsoft Power BI

· Build and maintain dashboards, datasets, and reports for operational and clinical use

· Use basic SQL to extract, validate, and support reporting data

Microsoft Tools & Applications

· Support and maintain the agency’s SharePoint Hub and Microsoft 365 tools

· Assist departments with workflows, automation, and process design

· Support light automation using Microsoft Power Automate

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, · 1-4 years of experience in technical, systems, or applications support

· Strong working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Excel

· Experience providing end-user support in a professional environment

· Comfort learning new systems and supporting operational workflows

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)

· Basic understanding of data structures, reporting concepts, or SQL

· Experience supporting an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system

· Exposure to workflow automation or process improvement initiatives, * Associate (Preferred)
