Software Engineering & AI Integration

• Develop and maintain production-grade Python services, owning the full lifecycle from design through deployment.
• Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into existing platforms using clean, well-documented APIs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and optimize scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Design, build, and deploy full-stack features across the platform, from database architecture to user interface.
• Optimize ETL processes, data pipelines, and database schemas to efficiently manage large-scale financial datasets.
• Work with relational databases (MySQL, ClickHouse) to design data models, write optimized queries, and support financial reporting logic.

Collaboration & Ownership

• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Take ownership of features from concept through production, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, contributing to team growth and technical excellence.

Continuous Improvement

• Support the modernization and evolution of the platform’s architecture.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and bring new ideas to the team.

Do you have experience in UI?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, Livium is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Senior Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will help build products like TrueTrack, a financial reporting and analytics platform for powersports and automotive dealerships. You will collaborate closely with engineers to shape AI implementation strategies, develop data pipelines, and explore new applications for AI.

We are looking for engineers who enjoy working with large datasets, have experience with Google platforms, and thrive in a collaborative startup environment where they can make a direct, measurable impact., * 4-6+ years of professional software development experience, including building production systems.

• Strong full-stack development experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar).
• Backend development experience with Python, TypeScript, or comparable languages (language-flexible for strong candidates).
• Deep understanding of SQL and relational database design, including query optimization and indexing.
• Experience building ETL pipelines, data transformation workflows, or other data-intensive systems.
• Experience working with financial data, analytics platforms, or business metrics is strongly preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases.
• Background in financial analytics or B2B SaaS products.
• Experience with LLMOps (e.g., LangFuse, evaluations, hallucination mitigation, guardrails).
• Experience with MLOps, including model training, deployment, monitoring, and rollback strategies.
• Exposure to prompt engineering, fine-tuning workflows, and structured outputs.
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments with cross-functional responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML to enhance software capabilities.
• Self-motivated builder mindset with a passion for continuous learning and personal projects.
